Position: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare evaluation reports and hiring recommendations.
- Manage offer negotiation, offer letters, and joining follow-ups.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
- Experience: 03–05 years of relevant experience (preferred in retail industry).
