Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA/CA part-qualified preferred).
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Review account reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
• Manage and supervise transactions in Oracle ERP.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Oracle ERP
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
• Monitor payments, receipts, and banking transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required
