Who are we looking for?
CA Inter or CA Finalist, ACMA, ACCA (member), MBA (finance), Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, M. Com, PIPFA.
Candidates having done CIA, CFE, CIMA will be given preference.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience wherein a minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Audit/Finance/Risk/Internal Control preferably in Banking sector at a Supervisory/Responsible level or equivalent Experience in Operations, Accounting, Business/Credit analysis.

Key Responsipilities:

Internal Audit Leadership & Execution:

• Lead and oversee audit plans, ensuring timely completion and resolving issues proactively. Manage end-to-end audit engagements (planning, execution, reporting), supervise teams, review findings, and ensure compliance with audit standards. Handle special assignments including regulatory and gold audits.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Support CIA in reporting to Audit Committee and management. Present audit insights, trends, and recommendations. Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Team & Risk Support:
  Assist in managing audit teams (hiring, training, performance) and contribute to risk assessment and annual audit planning.
• Additional Contributions:
  Support strategic projects, participate in key meetings, and drive continuous professional development.

Who are we looking for?
Min Graduation degree/Preferably Masters in business administration, commerce, accounting, economics, finance, math, stats from HEC recognized/overseas university.
5-years+ of experience in debt Recovery & Collection with min 2-years in supervisory role.

Recovery Management & Portfolio Oversight

• Monitor portfolio performance and drive proactive recovery to meet targets and recovery rate benchmarks.
  • Utilize MIS and data insights for effective monitoring and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with SBP Fair Debt Collection Guidelines.
  • Coordinate with branches/field teams to resolve delinquent accounts and support recovery efforts.

Portfolio Analysis & Performance Review

• Track portfolio performance through daily reports and updates.
  • Maintain risk ratings for 60+ DPD borrowers based on recovery potential.
  • Share critical MIS with stakeholders to align recovery strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and highlight gaps/improvement areas.
  • Assess repayment capacity and credit quality of non-performing/written-off loans.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to implement recovery strategies.
  • Ensure timely issuance of recovery notices and recommend legal actions where required.

Compliance & Service Quality

• Handle customer queries in line with complaint handling procedures and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies, SBP regulations, and operational standards.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
