Position: Energiser Sourcing, Weaves Corporation, Karachi
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for CMT planning and managing production with vendors for the Fabric (tailored) category.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyse production trackers for accurate planning and forecasting
- Oversee overall monthly production capacity and ensuring efficient utilization of sewing machines, fabric availability, trims and vendor capabilities to meet collection timelines
- Manage PO development and monitor tracking production performance across CMTs
- Oversee procurement and distribution of fabrics, trims and packaging materials to all CMTs to prevent production delays
- Ensure accurate GRN tracking, collection-wise closing and quantity reconciliation between CMTs and warehouse teams
- Collaborate proactively with relevant teams to resolve issues, align priorities and drive smooth collection execution
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality and operational standards
Experience & Education:
- 3–5 years of experience in CMTs/vendor management in textile industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
