𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bahawalpur
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Plan and supervise seed production activities in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with contract growers/farmers for seed production programs.
- Monitor crop growth, field conditions, and production practices to ensure quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance to farmers regarding cultivation, pest control, fertilizer application, and crop management.
- Conduct field inspections and crop evaluations during different crop stages.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
- Coordinate with the quality control and processing teams for seed testing and handling.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
BSc (Hons.) Agriculture / MSc Agriculture
Specialization in Agronomy, Plant Breeding Genetics, or Seed Science Technology preferred.
