Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible to maintain smooth and continued operations of coal-fired boiler as C.R.O.
2) Monitor and control boiler parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, drum level, and furnace pressure.
3) Ensure proper combustion by controlling coal feed, airflow, and fuel-air ratio to maintain stable steam production.
4) Operate and monitor auxiliary equipment (fans, feeders, pumps) and coordinate with teams for smooth boiler operations.
5) Maintain operational logs and shift reports including steam production and coal consumption.
