Position: Sales Coordinator – Hotel Industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our hotel’s sales team in driving revenue and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will assist in handling corporate, group, and event bookings while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in managing room bookings, group reservations, and event inquiries
· Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
· Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience
· Maintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales records
· Handle client communications, follow-ups, and inquiries in a timely manner
· Support in organizing site inspections and client visits
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
· Monitor booking status, room availability, and revenue targets
· Assist in executing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns
· Ensure all documentation and processes comply with hotel policies
Requirements:
· Graduate
· 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or a similar role
· Strong understanding of hotel operations and sales processes
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel CRM systems is a plus
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and coordination skills
