📢 We’re Hiring – HR Business Partner | Lahore

We are looking for a dynamic and dependable HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Lahore.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a hands-on HR generalist capacity and can effectively partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. The position will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, while maintaining a strong understanding of overall HR operations.

📍 Location: Lahore
💼 Experience: 5–7 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
🎓 Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in HR)

🔎 Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
Exposure to Employee Engagement initiatives and people programs
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to take ownership of HR initiatives and drive outcomes independently
Comfortable working with MS Office tools and HRIS platforms

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for assigned business units.
Drive Talent Management and development initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
Act as a strategic HR partner to key stakeholders, advising on people-related matters.
Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
