Education: BBA / MBA Sales & Marketing
Experience: Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in OMCs.
Responsibilities:
- Strong prospect identification to generate new customers and profit/sales for the company in all cities/towns of your respective region.
- Manage the current customers list to increase and consolidate sales.
- Demonstrates the ability to sell against the competition with strong negotiation, selling, and decision-making skills.
- Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales volumes through accurate planning, proper deployment, and supervision of the distribution/sales team.
- Training and monitoring of sales staff to enhance sales and work with customer service personnel to manage their customers.
- Collect regular market information regarding competitors’ activities, customer feedback, market surveys, and timely identification of any new opportunities that are beneficial for the company.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base by familiarizing yourself with sales and customer service for new and existing accounts, demonstrating a high level of communication with all customers and management.
- Monthly sales forecast SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) wise to assist the production team in product planning and reporting of sales figures to management.
- Any other task assigned by management.
