AL Habib Exchange is seeking an experienced Manager IT who will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, network operations, and technology strategy. The role ensures that hardware, software, and systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives while leading IT operations and supporting organizational growth

Plan, manage, and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including computer systems, hardware, and networks.
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to infrastructure, security, and system management.
Lead and supervise IT operations, ensuring continuous availability, performance, and reliability of all systems and services.
Manage internal network operations and provide technical leadership and support to IT staff and end users.
Establish and implement IT security policies to protect company information, systems, and resources.
Monitor System, Networking, and CCTV performance and ensure scalability, efficiency, and business continuity.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.
Identify technology needs and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data protection requirements.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in network administration and IT infrastructure management.
Knowledge of IT security standards and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities.
