RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, maintaining compliance with all statutory and organizational requirements, and collaborating closely with department heads to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent. It also requires hands-on experience in leveraging social media channels and recruitment platforms to strengthen employer branding and optimize hiring outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/M.Com, with 3-5 years of recruitment and HR operations experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
