Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationships with leading advertisers, brands, and media buying houses for TV campaigns across HUM Network channels
- Support advertising sales activities and identify new business opportunities
- Coordination in execution, including on-screen and on-ground branding with sponsors
- Work closely with the Programming Department to align commercial placements, sponsorship integrations, and content alignment
- Conduct industry analysis including advertising trends, competitor review, and spending patterns
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering viewership data, commercial airtime, and sales performance
- Assist in developing media partnerships with national events, restaurants, and brand collaborations
- Support in sponsorship integrations for major HUM properties including HUM Awards, Bridal Couture Week, Masala Family Festivals, Concerts, and other large-scale events
- Coordinate with marketing vendors for client activations, creative giveaways, and branding materials
- Provide cross-functional support across Sales, Marketing, Programming, and Event Operations teams
Key Competencies:
- Strong interest in media, advertising, and brand partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn across multiple functions
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and business reporting concepts
