At FF Steel, we are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to lead our enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation journey.
This is a Senior-level opportunity for a strategic technology leader who understands manufacturing operations, SAP ecosystems, and how IT drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business goals
✔ Lead SAP (S/4HANA preferred) implementation, optimization & integration
✔ Drive Industry 4.0, automation & smart manufacturing initiatives
✔ Strengthen cybersecurity, governance & data protection
✔ Oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud & enterprise systems
✔ Manage IT budgets, vendors & technology investments
✔ Build and mentor a high-performing IT team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as CIO / CITO / IT Director
- Strong hands-on SAP expertise (Mandatory)
- Manufacturing sector experience preferred
- ERP transformation leadership experience
- Strong business acumen & executive presence
- Master’s in IT / Computer Science / MIS (MBA preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to PKR 1,000,000 per month (Market Competitive – Based on Experience)
