ATCO is hiring HVAC Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, cooling coils, dehumidifiers, and dust collectors.
• Operate chillers as required to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC equipment, including split units, packaged units, and VRF systems.
• Install HVAC equipment and perform periodic servicing to ensure operational reliability and longevity.
• Monitor system temperatures and pressures, making necessary adjustments to maintain ideal operating conditions.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and logs to document activities and system performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education & Experience:
• Graduate degree in Engineering or B. Tech.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
