WE’RE HIRING EXECUTIVE – HR OPERATIONS (MALE)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Accounting | 3 years of payroll/HR operations experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation
Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations
Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
Maintain payroll data including salaries, deductions, benefits, and leave records
Calculate bonuses, incentives, overtime, and final settlements
Prepare payroll reports for management review
Coordinate with Finance and Internal Audit for payroll inputs
Handle employee queries related to attendance, shifts, payroll, taxation, and deductions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Assist in payroll and compensation-related audits
Perform any additional task assigned by the Line Manager

Represent the organization at campus engagement events.
Develop and maintain relationships with university placement offices.
