International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿” for its Office at PETPAK, Sheikhupura.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:
- Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism.
- Maintain and update employee attendance records through biometric/time management systems.
- Prepare monthly attendance and overtime reports for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with department heads for shift rosters and manpower planning.
- Verify overtime requests and ensure approvals as per company policy.
- Maintain leave records and ensure proper documentation
- Address employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and time records.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and labor laws.
- Support HR in audits and documentation related to time management.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: B. Com/BA or equivalent degree
- Experience: 1–2 years in attendance management or HR operations
- Good command over MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of time attendance or HRIS systems will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
