𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Embroidery Unit, Korangi – Karachi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, HR software (Decibel), and factory/unit-level HR operations within the textile or garment industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a textile, garment, embroidery, or manufacturing unit.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage daily HR operations of the embroidery unit.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime and deductions.
- Operate and manage Decibel HR software for attendance and payroll – management.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with production and unit management regarding manpower planning.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
- Maintain proper HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.
