Alfalah Asset Management Limited is seeking dynamic and result-driven Retail & HNI Sales professionals.
Position: Assistant Vice President / Vice President (AVP/VP)
Department: Retail & HNI Sales
Location: Karachi
Key Expectations
- Acquire and manage Retail & HNI clients and ensure achievement of assigned targets
- Provide tailored investment solutions based on client goals and risk profiles
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies at all times
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, and investment products
- Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Experience & Education
- Experience: Overall experience of at least 7 years, including a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive and demonstrated experience in Retail Sales, HNI and/or Wealth Management (preferably with a reputed Asset Management Company).
- Education: Minimum BBA / B.Com, preferably MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field).
- Certification: IFMP certification (preferred).
