Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Deputy Manager (Cutting Production)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Cutting Department as a Deputy Manager. The role is responsible for managing rejections and DHU analysis, ensuring effective line balancing, maintaining efficient floor management, and driving continuous improvement and overall operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering or any other relevant degree. Minimum of 6- 8 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in handling rejections, DHU analysis, and fabric reconciliation.
- Ability to manage line balancing effectively during induction and production start-up.
- Strong expertise in handling small batch orders.
- Proven capability in efficient floor management.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills & Risk Assessment Ability.
