Position: Fabric Warehouse In-charge
Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage stock for both terry and fabric products in the warehouse.
- Implement best practices for organizing and maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Execute dispatch plans as reported by the corporate clerk.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Work closely with the inventory controller to monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement measures to minimize stock outs and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the stored products meet quality standards.
- Implement processes to prevent and address any quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Implement safety measures for handling, storing, and transporting products.
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, dispatch execution, and any relevant warehouse metrics.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain.
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in textile.
