We are urgently looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Transformation (International Finance)
Reports directly to Director – International Finance

Role Purpose
The Senior Manager – Digital Transformation (International Finance) will lead the strategic digital transformation of international finance, focusing on automation, AI-enabled algorithms, predictive analytics, and enhanced reporting.
This role requires a digital-first mindset, a strong grasp of finance management, and the ability to translate business needs into innovative, technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, and highly responsible, capable of driving transformation without constant supervision, and possesses genuine curiosity and passion for learning.

Core Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation initiatives across international finance operations
Lead the design and implementation of AI-based financial algorithms, automation, and predictive models
Provide strategic oversight for dashboards, BI tools, and advanced reporting systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in finance processes through digital initiatives
Monitor and guide adoption of digital finance tools and AI-enabled processes across teams
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and algorithmic optimization
Present, discuss, and advise on digital finance transformation strategies with senior management
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment, keeping ahead of digital and market trends
Demonstrate independent thinking, self-motivation, and accountability, taking ownership of initiatives and driving results without constant supervision

Experience, Education & Competency Requirements
8–12 years of experience in finance with exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI in financial processes
Strong financial management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, IT, or related fields from a top-tier institution
Not just a degree holder someone who values education, has a curious mind, and applies learning beyond credentials
Understanding of AI, algorithms, and digital finance solutions, with the ability to lead transformation initiatives
IT/digital mindset able to collaborate with technology teams without requiring hands-on IT skills
Independent, self-motivated, and responsible, with the ability to take ownership and make decisions without waiting for direction
High ownership, curiosity, and growth mindset proactive, innovative, and results-driven
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging with senior management, someone not traditionally in demand but capable of high impact.
