POSITION: Executive – Sales Admin
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience with ERP/SCM system
- Knowledge of invoicing, STN, and payment processes.
- Understanding of vehicle dispatch and transit insurance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and meet deadlines
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and process payment receipts in the SCM/ERP system accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment verification, reconciliations, and financial correspondence.
- Prepare and issue Stock Transfer Notes (STN), Sales Orders (SO), and vehicle Invoices in line with production and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate for vehicle deliveries with the Manufacturing Plant and Logistics teams.
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of vehicle transit insurance.
- Maintain accurate payment ledgers, dispatch records, and sales documentation.
- Liaise with teams for vehicle availability, delivery planning, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Support smooth coordination between Sales, Plant, SCM, and Finance departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
