Leopards Courier Services is hiring for Data Analyst in E-Commerce Operations department for it’s Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely coordinating with BI team to prepare compliance and performance improvement reports
- Automate reports for better & swift visibility
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards by using analytical tools
- Close coordination with IT team to ensure development and accuracy of data.
- Identify and present regular/new ideas as part of continuous improvement
- Consolidate monthly performance reports for Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly performance comparisons & analysis
- Critical analysis highlighting the grey areas of improvement.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, or trends in delivery performance across cities or time periods
Specifications: - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in related field
- Analytical skills
- Strong command on MS Excel, Power BI & Python
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Location: Karachi
