Position: Territory Sales Officer – Spare Parts & Lubricants Sales

Location: Open for Multiple Locations

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Key Accountabilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion for genuine spare parts & lubricants through strong customer and dealer engagement.
• Enhance dealer aftersales performance via planning, coaching, audits, and inventory optimization.
• Enable data-driven decisions and compliance excellence through market insights, lead conversion, and policy adherence.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Understanding of tractor/aftersales business and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills with travel flexibility.

Experience & Education

• Experience: Fresher or Entry Level experience in automotive is Preferred.
• Education: MBA / BSc Mechanical Engineering with basic ERP, MS Office, and financial knowledge.

Location: Regional Office Lahore

Key Accountabilities

• Leverage insights & training to enable data-driven decisions and measurable results.
• Enhance dealer & team performance via leadership, development, and inventory optimization.
• Drive sales growth & market share through strategic planning and execution.

Experience

• 10+ years’ lubricants sales related experience in automotive is preferred.

Education

• MBA / BSc Mechanical Engineering with basic ERP, MS Office, and financial knowledge.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Lead lubricants sales operations effectively.
• Ensure compliance and business standards.
