Position : DEPUTY MANAGER – HR (OPERATIONS & GENERALIST)
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Lead performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and appraisals.
- Coordinate training & development initiatives and maintain training effectiveness records.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement programs to build a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HRIS/ERP systems and generate periodic HR reports for management.
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
Qualification & Skills:
- BBA/ MBA (Preferably in HR).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions & labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
- Works independently but also a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
Experience: 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
