Position: Executive – Washing PD
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Development (PD) and bulk production activities related to washing under senior supervision.
- Coordinate with PD, Production, and Washing teams to ensure smooth execution of washing processes.
- Monitor washing operations during bulk production to ensure adherence to approved washing parameters.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of approved washing recipes as per development and bulk requirements.
- Support trial washes, pilot runs, and development samples, and report observations to seniors.
- Conduct post-wash checks for shade consistency, hand feel, appearance, and dimensional stability.
- Maintain proper records of washing parameters, recipes, and approvals.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution and approvals of washed samples.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering & Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably in the textile industry.
- Skills: * Knowledge of garment washing techniques (stone wash, enzyme wash, pigment wash, garment dyeing, etc.).
- Understanding of fabric types, finishes, and chemical interactions.
- Hands-on experience with washing machinery and lab testing.
- Ability to analyze wash recipes and optimize for quality, cost, and efficiency.

Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.Sc. Textile Engineering (Processing)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably in textile processing)
- Skills: Strong knowledge of dyeing and finishing processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and production data handling.
