Assistant Manager Electrical Secondary – PMD

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

B.E . B.S . B. Tech in Electrical or in relevant Engineering discipline. Under 35 years of age, with more than 7 years of work experience in electrical equipment maintenance and repair of $\ge$300MW thermal power units, including more than 2 years of work experience as a professional engineer in production technical management department. Priority will be given to those with work experience in power plant production technical department.
Competent with the electrical equipment structure and system principles of relay protection and automation, network communication, electrical measurement, equipment inspections and installation, maintenance process, and understand relevant technical standards and specifications.
Proficient in the principles of protection of generator/ transformer, 500KV line, busbar; including commissioning and maintenance processes, and testing standards.
Proficient in the principles and maintenance processes of automatic devices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent logical thinking, summarization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in the use of modern office equipment and computer technology; candidates with Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be given preference.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Equipment management, technical management, planning, reliability management, fault diagnosis and abnormal analysis, and safety management.
Technical supervision and quality management of the discipline.
Analysis of unsafe incidents, development of corrective measures, and follow-up on implementation.
Management of spare parts and materials, including preparation of budget plans.
Preparation of daily maintenance and scheduled maintenance plans for specialty equipment.
Preparation and revision of professional technical standards, maintenance procedures, maintenance document packages, drawings, and other technical documents.
Preparation and review professional technical renovation plans and methods.
