WE’RE HIRING! DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE
NBP Funds is seeking a strategic leader to be the Deputy Head of Compliance in Karachi and reinforce the company’s compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies for an Asset Management Company (AMC).
- Oversee comprehensive AML/CFT functions (KYC, monitoring, STR reporting, etc.).
- Manage regulatory inspections, reporting, and correspondence with authorities like SECP.
- Review/update policies, assess new products for compliance risk, and identify/resolve compliance gaps.
- Provide regulatory updates, conduct AML training, and lead/develop the compliance team.
- Monitor customer complaint resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive compliance experience in the financial services/asset management sector, with significant time in a leadership role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CA/ACCA/ACMA/CFA) are highly desirable.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the asset management regulatory framework.
