JOB TITLE : Executive Engineer Procurement / Executive Procurement
REPORTS TO : Manager Procurement
LOCATION : Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose:
The Executive Engineer Procurement will assist the Manager Procurement with both local
and foreign procurement across all categories including mechanical, consumables,
spares, instrumentation and electrical components. The incumbent will be responsible for
conducting commercial negotiation, establishing long-term supplier contracts, overseeing
imports, custom clearance, and banking matters. The incumbent will be expected to
coordinate with vendor and freight forwarders, ensure timely completion of procurement
cycles (PR-PO), prepare operational reports, perform daily assignments and onboard
new vendors. This position requires proficiency in SAP Procure to Pay module and
SAP Ariba.
Education: MBA / B.E.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Technical Competencies: SAP MM Module / Sap Ariba Knowledge, Local & Foreign
Procurement, Good Understanding of Contractual Documentation, Customs Clearance &
Freight Forwarding Documentation, Bank Related Coordination.
Non-Technical Competencies: Communication Skills, Vendor Management, Negotiation
