We are hiring DGM/ GM Project Management and Organizational Change Management with 15 –20 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Lead the overall implementation of RISE with SAP and IS-Oil, ensuring delivery according to scope, timelines, and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan, including deliverables, milestones, risk log, communication framework, and KPIs.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project requirements, timelines, and roles.
- Establish and execute a structured Organizational Change Management strategy, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication, and training.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
- Oversee project reporting, dashboards, analytics, and progress presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
- Ensure strong governance by conducting regular steering committee meetings, project reviews, and documentation updates.
- Lead transformation initiatives covering various Supply Chain processes, including Product Movement, Logistics, Transportation/Fleet, Inventory Management, and related operational areas.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper adoption of new systems and processes post go-live.
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to project discipline and methodology.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols.
