Liberty Books is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Mall Staff / Sales Consultants for our mall outlets in Karachi. If you enjoy interacting with customers, love books, and can deliver excellent service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist all walk-in customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right books.
Ensure a smooth, positive, and helpful shopping experience.
Maintain visibility and availability of bestsellers and hot titles.
Support basic store operations, including stock receiving and returns.
Provide exceptional customer support to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum intermediate qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service mindset.
Ability to work in mall-based shifts.
