We are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Manager – Warehouse Operations” to join our team. to lead and optimize our end-to-end warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep FMCG industry expertise, a strong understanding of distribution logistics and a proven track record in managing high-volume warehouse environments with efficiency, accuracy and compliance within one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.
📍 Location: Karachi.
🎓 Qualification:
- MBA – SCM from a recognized institution.
💼 Required Experience & Skills:
- 12 – 15 years of hands proven experience in managing warehouse operations including a minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial role.
- Experience in managing large-scale warehouses with high SKU volumes and operating in fast-paced distribution environments.
- Strong exposure to 3PL operations, hub-and-spoke distribution models and experience within the FMCG sector is preferred, along with strong working knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms.
