WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual FS in accordance with applicable IFRS
- Financial reporting to senior management
- Liaison with external auditors for statutory, half-yearly audits and obtaining audit certificates
- Liaison with banks, lenders, regulatory authorities, consultants and legal advisors
- Correspondence with lenders to obtain financing and relevant approvals
- Arrangement of insurance and respond to queries from insurers
- Managing LCs and shipments for import of goods
- Financial planning and analysis
- Preparation of monthly and annual budgets with variance analysis
- Treasury/cashflow management
- Assist senior management in the preparation of board presentations
- Maintaining financial records of employee provident fund
- Managing income tax and sales tax matters of the company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
ELIGIBILITY: Education: CA Inter or ACCA (Articleship Completed) candidates are preferred Experience: At least one year experience are encouraged to apply.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
