Ziauddin University’s Human Resources Department is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as
ASSISTANT MANAGER HR OPERATIONS & ANALYTICS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Reporting & Data Management
- Develop, maintain and automate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance, overtime, leave trends, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of HR data
- Perform regular data audits and support internal/external audit requirements
- Consolidate HR information for management reviews and decision-making
HR Budgeting & Workforce Planning
- Assist in preparing the annual HR and manpower budget
- Conduct cost analysis for payroll components, overtime, benefits, and departmental staffing needs
- Maintain salary structures, budget files, and cost-center mappings
- Support forecasting for headcount and workforce planning
HR Automation & Process Improvement
- Lead automation initiatives for attendance, HRMS workflows, onboarding, and document management
- Work with IT/system vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements
- Drive process streamlining and standardization across HR operations
- Introduce and maintain SOPs for HR processes
HR Operations Support
- Support grievance handling by documenting cases, following up, and ensuring closure within timeline
- Assist HR leadership in ensuring policy compliance and issue resolution
- Support HRBP functions with data and analysis during employee relations cases
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll costing, tax reconciliation, and budgeting cycles
- Collaborate with Audit for attendance and payroll validations
- Liaise with IT, Administration, and other departments for system improvements and data requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR reporting, analytics, or HRMS management
- Strong command on MS Excel (advanced level)
- Experience with HRMS (BowkH/CM/SAP/Oracle) is preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power B/Tableau) is an advantage
