Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise merchandisers to ensure on-time order execution and accurate updates
• Develop new requirements and communicate concerns to management proactively
• Attend Pre-Production (PP) meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Prepare contracts and monitor order progress from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless order and operational flow
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting for all merchandising tasks
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and merchandising procedures
