We’re hiring!
Iqra University is looking for a dedicated Student Services Coordinator to help enhance student support, ensure smooth academic service delivery, and contribute to a positive campus experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance student services in collaboration with faculty, staff & students
- Coordinate with advisors/counselors for student support
- Submit daily class progress reports to the HOD
- Communicate schedules, rescheduling & makeup classes
- Assist students, parents & visitors with university services
- Help resolve student conflicts professionally & confidentially
- Maintain active communication with students
- Guide new/current students through registration
- Track prospective students from inquiry to registration
- Serve as a backup liaison among faculty, students, counselors & parents
- Provide and collect faculty attendance sheets
