RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document Management: Scan, copy, and organize physical and digital documents.
- Ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval of all documentation.
- Maintain an up-to-date and well-organized document archive system.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input payment data, invoice details, and other business-related entries into databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in updating and maintaining trackers for payments, receipts, and vendor files.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Help with documentation required for audits, reviews, or compliance checks.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed by the department.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement) for documentation or information.
- Follow up on pending documents or entries to ensure timely updates.
- Confidentiality & Accuracy: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure all information is handled securely.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Provide ad-hoc support to manager as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or admin experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures.
