Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution and market share.
• Responsible for managing and developing his team.
• Developing and strengthening relationship with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits and also analyzing competitor activity in the market and developing counter strategy.
• Execute plans for enhancement in cold availability of all SKUs by channel to increase secondary sales.
• Deployment and management of assets (coolers & glass).
• Ensure and monitor cooler productivity.
• Implement Route to Market strategies and replicate best practices.
• Monitor and improve Sales Force Efficiency KPIs through sales team.
• Analyzing sales KPIs and taking corrective actions.
• Ensuring profitable sales by monitoring the Discounts, variable margins and gross profit and NSR of the region.
• Responsible for distributor profitability.
• Responsible for long term & sustainable business. Job Requirements:
• BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
• 08 – 10 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth operation of high Speed Sidel Line.
• Must have hands-on experience of high speed Sidel Matrix blowing, Filler, OCME packer, Labeller, Robopac and Sidel Palletizer.
• Responsible for troubleshooting of all the mechanical faults to ensure smooth production operation.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to perform the smooth and efficient blowing operation at rated speed and follow quality standards.
• Ensure proper alignment, adjustments, and settings for optimal machine performance.

• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to Blowing operation.
• Perform quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) on a machine as per requirement.

• Managing reward & Recognition procedure at Plant Level in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Reviewing & preparation of letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation of services, Increment, Promotion, Transfer, Re- Designation etc.)
• To act as an embedded HR function, ensuring HR service delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures with relevant HR tools.
• Manage and maintain Divisional organogram whilst ensuring mapped org. charts are continuously updated with 100% accuracy and associated changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner and reflect correctly in HRMS records.
• Manage payroll processing using SAP, Timetrax and MS Office tools, while efficiently handling final settlements and ensuring seamless communication via Outlook.
• Monitoring HC In Peak and Lean season as per Business plans.

Job Requirements:

• BBA/MBA – Preferably in HR
• 04-05 Years Experience in FMCG
