Position : Warehouse Store Manager (Location – Raiwind)

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse store, managing inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and leading a team to deliver high standards of productivity, safety, and customer service.

Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize warehouse space, increase efficiency, and improve overall profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory control, and coordinate timely replenishment to meet customer and business needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence in order processing, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
Enforce strict adherence to company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-structured warehouse environment, ensuring efficient layout and proper labeling for easy navigation and access.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics (stock turnover, order accuracy, lead times) and generate regular reports on key operational KPIs and customer trends.
Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts involving warehouse staff, vendors, or customers in a timely and professional manner.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in warehouse/stores management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Experience managing finished goods, inventory control, and dispatch/logistics coordination is a must
