Qualification & Experience

PhD in any discipline from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC and 10 Years post qualification teaching or administrative or Professional Experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute.

OR

MS/M.Phil in any discipline or 18 years education from a university or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC and 15 years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all matters connected with the conduct of examinations.
• Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the Rector or the Board.

Key Details for the Treasurer Position:

Qualification & Experience:

• Option 1: A Chartered Accountant or a PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Auditing & Economics from a university or degree-awarding institute recognized by HEC, with 10 years of post-qualification experience as a Class One officer or an equivalent position.
• Option 2: An MS/M.Phil in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting & Auditing or Economics with 18 years of education in the field from a university or degree-awarding institute recognized by HEC, along with 15 years of post-qualification experience as a Class One officer or an equivalent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, funds, and investments of the university.
• Prepare annual and revised budget estimates and present them to the Board.
• Ensure that university funds are spent according to the budget or any other special arrangement.
• Ensure that the university’s accounts are audited annually and are available for submission to the Board within six months of the end of a financial year.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Rector or the Board.
