HOUSE SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION
Kamal Limited is seeking a competent, reliable, and well-organized House Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the CEO’s residence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a residential setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the residence is maintained in a clean, orderly, and hygienic condition at all times.
- Oversee gardening and landscaping services to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the property.
- Manage civil maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, and minor construction/repair work.
- Oversee internet and IT-related services to ensure consistent and uninterrupted connectivity throughout the premises.
- Maintain and monitor household inventory, and coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage staff rosters, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational progress reports.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and contractors as needed for routine and emergency tasks.
Salary Range: Market Competative Working Hours: 8 to 9 hours per day Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate Required Experience: 2-3 Years
