Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.
Job Description:
- Maintain employee personal files, attendance and leave records, deductions, EOBI, Social Security, etc.
- Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
- Prepare monthly salary sheets.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission of attendance records, leave applications, outdoor duty forms, and monthly outdoor duty expenses.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and other HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory payroll regulations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and updating employee records.
Skills:
- Payroll processing
- HR/payroll software
- Attendance Management
- Statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, etc.)
- MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
