WE ARE HIRING Asst. Manager Merchandising
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Responsible to make the Master plan of complete ranges.
- PO escalation on time and shared with Vendor and concerned departments.
- Should make Business Plan/Range Plan.
- Coordination with Sourcing Department for sampling fabric to ensure proto will be developed on time.
- Daily follow up with design team for CADs, & proto samples to meet deadlines.
- Daily Follow up with Sampling/Khaka/punching & embroidery Machin department of urgent & regular samples to meet deadlines
- Update master plan and status on daily base for daily monitoring
- Lock pre cost with design team before production issuance .
- Assigning Targets to team and monitoring each relevant dept to meet desired goals .
- PP Meetings with Design, PPC and quality department.
- Accessories development & production follow up to meet deadlines.
- Approvals of /trims/accessories from design and HOD wherever required.
- Must have exceptional Grip on Excel and system software’s.
- Responsible to complete any additional task assigned by HOD.
- Must have experience of retail merchandising and proto development process understanding.
Qualification: Min. Bachelors (preferably in Textile & Garment manufacturing)
Experience: 4-5 Year Experience in retail industry
