RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, boost sales & NFR.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
- Manage inventory and cash handling.
- Supervise staff on the COCOC.
- Maintain service quality in line with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in fuel station management or a related retail operations role.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- Graduation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and team management, operational planning, customer service excellence, HSSE compliance knowledge, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in basic business software.
LOCATION: Lahore, Faisalabad and Islamabad.
