We’re Hiring: Senior Textile Designer (RTS – Print)

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver original, brand-relevant prints for RTS (Ready-to-Stitch) collections.
Lead design projects from concept through to final production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand direction.
Apply knowledge of fabric types, print techniques, and color separations in design execution.
Stay updated with fashion and seasonal print trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design.
4–5 years’ proven experience.
Expertise in creating original and brand-relevant prints.
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of fabric types, print techniques, and colour separations.
Ability to independently manage design projects from concept to final production.
Awareness of fashion and seasonal print trends.

Apply knowledge of stitches, embroidery techniques, and suitable fabrics in design development.
Stay updated with seasonal embroidery trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design.
4–5 years’ proven experience in embroidery design.
Skilled in creating unique and detailed embroidery patterns.
Strong knowledge of stitches, techniques, and fabric suitability.
Ability to design motifs, borders, and layouts for unstitched collections.
Strong sense of colour combinations and trend awareness.
