Netkom Technologies is seeking to hire a Regional Project Manager (RPM) for the Wireless department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
- 8-10 years of experience with multiple vendors in Radio Access Networks (RAN)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in the latest 3G/4G technologies, including Massive MIMO, 4T6S, 8T8R, and network reframing
- Proven track record of successfully managed projects
- Familiarity with digital tools from major vendors operating in Pakistan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by strong negotiation capabilities
- Ability to coordinate with internal commercial, technical, and procurement teams for risk assessment, smooth operations, issue resolution, timely communications, risk-free system deployments, and financial recovery post-deployment
- Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments while maintaining healthy and professional relationships with customers.
