JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization’s technology risk management frameworks Support in conducting comprehensive risk assessments of IT infrastructure, core systems, APIs, mobile platforms, and third parties Maintain and update the process and asset-based risk registers, and tracking of mitigation actions Coordinate with the Technology, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure security controls are effective Provide risk advisory for new projects, technology implementations, and product rollouts Facilitate in conducting third-party risk assessments of vendors/service providers for IT/IS risks, including cloud, DR, and fintech partners Develop, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to IT and IS risk Manage KRIs to track trends, guide mitigations, and support ERM reporting At 1LINK we believe in equal opportunity & inclusivity for all. JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and PL/SQL programs

• Analyze query performance and implement tuning strategies

• Support data migration, transformation, and ETL processes, including shell scripting for automation

• Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with industry best practices

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver database solutions

• Work with multiple SQL-based platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server

• Demonstrate a strong grasp of relational database concepts and normalization techniques

• Proficient with tools such as SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, TOAD, MySQL Workbench, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
