We are hiring Lead Operator – Sheeting
Key Accountabilities
- Checking the daily program for corrugator and plan the program
- Distribute the plan to unit operators and lifter driver so that they may arrange raw material for the jobs.
- Running of the machines as per the work instruction and the specifications
- Reporting of hazards, incidents and any other issues relevant to health, safety, product safety and quality.
- Supervision of the reels loaded on the units.
- Supervision of the completion of the job as per the requirement of the Corrugator program and the job card. Company: BSP Reporting to: Team Leader Sheeting Location: Kasur Contract Type: Permanent
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- DAE Mechanical with 5-7 Years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead & engage a high-performance team
- Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
