We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Internal Audit team at Plant Site – Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- ACCA Qualified / CA Finalists with 7-8 years of experience in internal auditing in Manufacturing Concern (preferred)
Audit Planning & Strategy
- Develop the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business priorities.
- Define audit objectives, scope, methodology, and resource requirements.
Execution & Supervision
- Lead and manage the execution of complex audits, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Review and validate audit work papers and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Risk & Controls Assessment
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend actionable solutions.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare & present high-quality, comprehensive audit reports with practical recommendations for management.
- Track and ensure timely closure of agreed action plans from previous audits.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a business partner by fostering relationships with functional heads to improve internal control and compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
