Area Trade Manager
Key Accountabilities
Ensure Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Target of assigned product portfolio.
Ensure Product Availability & Visibility at Pharmacy Level through effective RTM Model and Regular Market visits.
Engage & Visit Top End Retail Customers on regular basis to build long term Business Relationship.
Negotiate Quarterly & Annual Contracts with Key Customers to drive profitable and sustainable growth. Ensure Effective & Timely execution of Trade Activations, Trade Activities & Promotions to achieve desired growth objective.
Close liaison with Business Partners to ensure execution of Distribution KPI’s.
Effective utilization of Trade Budget & Resources. Team Management, Coaching & Development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
Qualification: Bachelors (preferably MBA) Knowledge of Key Accounts Management Minimum 3-5 years Trade Marketing Experience in FMCG or MNC Pharma / Consumer Division Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Hands on Experience of MS Office.
